RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • No, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your order for a refund and place a new order if you wish.

  • Yes, please contact our team at info@maisonpalazon.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

  • All products have a return period of 14 days from the delivery date. It is mandatory that the product is in its new condition and original packaging (unused, including accessories, cover, tags, etc.).

  • Yes, the customer is responsible for both shipping and return costs.

  • If this is your case, you have 7 days to contact us. Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible via our email info@maisonpalazon.com, within a maximum of 7 days.
    Please keep the package unopened and make sure to take photos of how you received it, so we can conduct an inspection and provide a solution as soon as possible.
    If the items themselves are also damaged, please contact us at info@maisonpalazon.com.

  • You will receive an email confirming your return and notifying you of the refund.
