ORDERS

  • You’ll know your order was successfully completed once you receive a confirmation email.
    This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout and will include all the details of your purchase — such as product information, production and shipping times, and the total price of your order.

  • The gift option applies to the entire order: if you have several products in your cart to gift to different people, we suggest placing separate orders.

    If you want to send a gift, you will have the option to select “THIS ORDER IS A GIFT” and enter the recipient’s shipping address in the next step.

    The gift will be delivered in our classic branded packaging, and we will not include the invoice inside, so the cost will remain a secret.

  • It will not be possible to cancel your order if the product has been made to order, as a notification is automatically sent to begin production once the purchase is confirmed.

    If for any reason you need to cancel or modify your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible at: [your email].

    We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed. If your order has already been shipped, please note that you can still request a return by following the instructions in the returns section.

  • Most of our garments are limited edition. If a product is sold out, feel free to contact us info@maisonpalazon.com

    We might restock or offer a similar alternative.
